In the Classroom
STEP 1
Login to Teacher Link at beginning of class period. Teachers and students each have their own link, which they use for the entire term.
If you get an error in opening this, it is probably because you are logged onto multiple google accounts. To remedy, open the link in an incognito or private window.
STEP 2
Direct your students to login with the Student Link. Then, they can enter their A-E answer. Students can also enter a word, phrase, or other alphanumeric answer.
STEP 3
On the Teacher app, click "Poll" at beginning of question. When time is up, click the timer to conclude.
When you are ready to show the histogram of student responses, click on the correct answer.
After class
STEP 4
All student responses are recorded to your google sheet. After class, click "Score" in the sheet to calculate your students' grades. You can also apply partial credit for incorrect answers. In this example, the students get 10% (entered as " 0.1" for "Partial Credit") for incorrect answers.
STEP 5
Upload your scores to your favorite LMS!
